IF YOU ARE A MINOR (UNDER 18 YEARS OLD)
ESD will assess your highlight videos and provide constructive feedback on what the player needs to improve.
We can provide personal training for the athlete to further develop their skill set.
We can advise them off the field.
After further assessment of the players ability, we then make the decision whether to place them in a professional academy or not.
IF YOU ARE AN ADULT (18 OR OLDER)
ESD will assess their highlight video and provide feedback on areas the athlete needs to improve.
We can provide personal training for the athlete to improve their skill set.
Advise them with soccer related decisions off the field
After further evaluation, we then decide whether to send them to soccer camps in Europe and the US, or place them in professional tryouts in Europe directly with the club.
